Once the deal is closed and payment is made by the buyer, Pugas will arrange
all the land transportation in Japan. |

When you receive an e-mail "Pugas has confirmed receipt of the payment for
this vehicle", send the required documents (also remote control, Navigation ROM,
spare keys, relevant manuals, and written guarantees) to Pugas by postal mail
within seven days. |

When the land transportation company contacts you, arrange a pickup date so
that the vehicle can be transferred and delivered. |

When the transportation company picks up the sold vehicle, the
condition of the vehicle must be checked (after market parts, automotive trims
and other equipment) to ensure that they are the same as described in the exhibited
details.
* Pay special attention to the equipment such as TV, navigation system, audio
system, aluminum wheels, and aero parts.
* If the exterior of the vehicle is dressed up, including adjustment of vehicle
height (by lowering or elevating the body) and modifications, report it to the
land transportation company employee when they contact you to arrange a pickup
date. |

When you transfer the vehicle, report and confirm the following points to
the land transportation company employee.
• Confirm damages to the exterior and interior.
• Confirm the on-vehicle equipment and parts.
• Check that valuables, personal belongings, and
trash are not left in the vehicle.
• Check that the remaining amount of fuel is approximately
20 liters or more.
• Confirm breakdown and missing parts and equipment.
• Other concerns about vehicle information and condition |
| * If the vehicle cannot be transferred and delivered
due to absence or inconvenience of the seller, please note that it will be handled
at the discretion of Pugas in accordance. |

After transferring and delivering the vehicle, obtain the land transportation
company's receipt. |

Once "Vehicle Verification" has been completed in each place, Pugas will notify
you via e-mail. |

of the land transportation company and understand that this will cause the added
mileage of the vehicle.
• It should be noted that an additional land transportation fee might be charged
